Were did Cain find a wife and how did he build a city if Adam and Eve were the first and only two people ever at that time?

The book of Jasher tells about how Lamech accidentally kills Cain while hunting.
Cain’s descendants genealogies do not go beyond here, but we see them again in Deuteronomy 13:13 where in the exodus from Egypt there was a mixed multitude (Ex 12:38) and among them were the sons of Belial (Satan) leading the sons of Yahweh astray.
And again, ages later, in John 8:37-44 where Christ tells the Pharisees they are offspring of Satan (the serpent and Eve through Cain) and they could not hear His voice because He spoke the Truth. The Devil’s children cannot understand the Truth.
It can be confusing when we see that Cain’s children have the same names as Seth’s.
